Project Acquisition System for remodelers

More in-home estimates on your calendar. Less reliance on referrals.

We help kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodelers become local category leaders by filling their calendar with qualified in-home estimates, so growth isn't left to word-of-mouth alone.

  • Your ad budget stays on your own card, in your own account
  • “Qualified” is defined in writing with you before launch
  • Starts with a spend-capped pilot, not a long contract

Your acquisition system, done for you

Our Project Acquisition System attracts homeowners in your service area who are planning a renovation, screens out tire-kickers and low-budget inquiries, and books budget-qualified in-home estimates directly onto your team's calendar.

What we set up and run

  • Local campaigns showing your real finished projects
  • A short pre-booking questionnaire
  • Direct booking onto your estimator's calendar
  • Confirmation and reminder messages
  • Ongoing creative and targeting changes
  • A weekly review of booked, attended, and won estimates

What “qualified” means

Agreed in writing with you before anything goes live:

  • Service area
  • Project types you take
  • Minimum budget
  • Homeowner / decision-maker
  • Timeline

If a homeowner doesn't meet them, they don't get booked.

Problems we take off your plate

Recognise any of these?

Referrals are the whole pipeline

Good months depend on who happened to recommend you. When referrals slow down, so does your schedule.

Feast-or-famine calendar

Some weeks your estimator is booked solid. Other weeks there's nothing to quote, and crews end up waiting.

Estimates that go nowhere

Driving across town to quote someone who wanted a $500 repair, or who was never the decision-maker.

Shared lead sites

The same homeowner gets sold to several contractors at once, so you start every conversation in a price war.

Chasing instead of quoting

Your team spends hours on phone tag with form-fills instead of sitting at kitchen tables presenting proposals.

A past agency reported clicks

You got dashboards full of impressions and “leads”, and couldn't connect any of it to estimates or signed jobs.

How your calendar fills up

We run everything up to the booked estimate. You do what you're already good at.

We take care of
01

Attract

Campaigns on Facebook and Instagram put your finished projects in front of homeowners in your service area who are planning a renovation.

02

Screen

Interested homeowners answer a short questionnaire: project type, ownership, timeline, and budget range. Poor fits are filtered out.

03

Book

Qualified homeowners pick an open slot on your calendar and get an instant confirmation, plus reminders before the visit.

Your part in the process
04

Show up and close

Respond quickly, run the walkthrough, present your proposal, and tell us what happened. That outcome data is what we use to improve targeting each week.

We don't publish projected numbers. Your real cost per qualified estimate gets measured during the pilot, in your market, with your offer.

What makes us different

Measured on estimates, not clicks

We report on booked, attended, and won in-home estimates. Impressions and form-fills are internal numbers, not results.

You own the account and the spend

Campaigns run in your own ad account, paid with your own card. No markups on spend, and nothing to hand back if we part ways.

Written qualification rules

Before launch, we write down together what counts as a qualified estimate and how unreachable or out-of-criteria bookings are handled.

Run under your name

Homeowners request an estimate from your company, based on your work. They're not shopping a directory of competitors.

Remodeling only

We don't do plumbing emergencies, lawn care, or e-commerce. Everything we build is for high-ticket residential renovation.

Proof is earned, not claimed

We start with a spend-capped pilot

We won't show you borrowed case studies or made-up projections. We start with a 30-day pilot in your market instead. The goal: deploy and calibrate your Project Acquisition System, and establish your actual cost per qualified in-home estimate.

At the end of the pilot, you'll know

  • What a qualified in-home estimate costs in your market
  • How many booked homeowners actually showed up
  • Which projects and messages brought the right homeowners in
  • Whether it makes sense to keep going, with no lock-in either way
Your ad budget

Paid by you, directly to Meta, from your own card. Capped at an amount you set for the pilot. We never front, pool, or hold your ad spend.

Our fee

Separate from ad spend and agreed in writing before launch. We'll walk you through the options on the call.

Your team's side

Respond to new bookings quickly, attend the estimates, and share outcomes so we can improve each week. Ads can't fix slow follow-up.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Angi, HomeAdvisor, or Thumbtack?

Those platforms sell inquiries from their directory, often to several contractors at once. We build campaigns under your company name, in your own ad account. Homeowners are asking you for an estimate, not browsing a list of options.

How do you keep out small jobs and tire-kickers?

Every homeowner answers a short questionnaire before they can book: project type, whether they own the property, timeline, and budget range. The thresholds are the ones you set with us in writing. Anyone outside them isn't offered a slot.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, directly. Your card is connected to your own Meta ad account, and our fee is billed separately. You can see exactly what was spent, and you keep the account, audiences, and creative.

Can you guarantee a number of estimates or jobs?

Not before we have data from your market. Anyone who promises a fixed number of closed jobs upfront is guessing. The pilot exists to replace guesses with your real numbers.

What do you need from us?

Photos of finished projects, access to your calendar, someone who responds to new bookings quickly, and a few minutes each week to tell us which estimates turned into proposals and signed jobs.

What happens on the 15-minute call?

We look at your service area, the projects you want more of, and your current estimate capacity. If it looks like a fit, we'll outline what a pilot would look like. If not, we'll say so.

15-minute calendar audit

See what more in-home estimates could look like for your business

Pick a time that works for you. On the call we'll go through:

  1. Your service area and projects: where you work and which jobs you want more of.
  2. Your calendar capacity: how many more estimates your team can realistically run.
  3. Pilot fit: whether a spend-capped pilot makes sense, and what it would involve.

No pressure. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you.
